Hello from Frances

Welcome to my counseling practice! Here's a little info about me:

Counseling with others has been my calling, my purpose and my passion. I desire to come alongside others who are going through difficult times to deepen their understanding and connection to themselves, to others, and to the world around them.
I have been doing counseling with individuals, couples and groups for over 30 years. I am currently licensed in Colorado and Massachusetts. I'm also a Licensed Telehealth Provider in Florida.
I'm predominantly offering video sessions due to my travels. Occasionally I'm available for in-person sessions or intensives.
My specialty areas: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Couples Therapy, Relationships, Addiction and Grief & Loss. Considering how long I've been doing counseling, there's much more on the list, but these are the primary ones. Read below for therapy models I use in counseling.
